WHAT TYPE OF GAS SHOULD I PUT IN MY ATV or SSV VEHICLE?

Easy: The standard 95 octane (E10) gasoline (EU). Don’t use ethanol-based fuels; any fuel used should contain no more than 10% ethanol.

  • Always use fresh gasoline given it oxidizes over time, loses octane and can damage your fuel system if improperly stored. We don’t recommend custom blends or “race gas”—stick to pump gas.
  • When refueling on level ground: turn off the engine, have everyone exit the vehicle, remove the gas cap slowly, and only fill to the bottom of the filler neck.
