RIDING LYNX
My choice for this season was based on what kind of riding I would like to develop more and that’s why ended up to the BoonDocker DS 3900. And hell yeah, that sled really rips! It is the best sled for me in deep snow conditions and steep terrain. I also ride with the RS 600, which I use for jumping ramp. I’ve been in the snowmobile freestyle show business for 10 years so that is something that I really love and that sled is my sweetheart! For me, Lynx is ruff and something extra. It fits perfectly for my riding style. I love everything related snowmobiling. As long it’s snow, I’m on it!

STARTING OUT
I think my first ride was when I was 10 years old. I got sit front of my dad trying to steer and accelerate and after that I was hooked! When I was younger, I watched sled movies like Slednecks and Ruffriders trying to do same things that riders were doing in the films. At the time my goal was to be successful in ice-hockey but when my body gave up on me at the age of 17, I started to put in more time on snowmobiling and started to hit ramp and learning tricks to be able to ride shows. 2011 I rode my first freestyle show in Svalbard with the Ruffriders crew. After that I really just gave it all on snowmobiling and now, 10 years later, snowmobiling is still everything for me!

LIVING SISU
For me challenges mean development. Every challenge you face is just another opportunity to learn something new.

MUST-HAVES ON A SLED TRIP

A tiny lightweight stove. The whole thing is the size of a coffee cup and weighs almost nothing. I’ve spent enough nights on the mountain to understand that hypothermia really can be your worst enemy.
