South African Cross-Country Series
The sixth round of the South African Cross-Country Series, was held in Vryburg, North West. It was a great race to attend, and the first of the series to allow spectators since the COVID-19 pandemic.
Scores of spectators came to enjoy the event which saw only Can-Am Mavericks in the Side by Side class of the series.
Though many riders were unable to finish, due to the rough terrain and a massive thunder storm and high winds which lasted for no more than 15 minutes during the race.
Cecil Larney and his brother and navigator Elradus Larney won in the Side by Side Class and came 17th overall.
