Bayview Boating, located at the corner of 6th Avenue and Tarragona Road in St Francis Bay, hosted a thrilling Freedom Day Sea-Doo Jetski Run that brought together Sea-Doo owners, thrill-seekers, and families for an unforgettable day on the water.
Riders gathered early at the marina under clear skies, with the South African flag flying proudly. The atmosphere was electric as over 30 skis lined up for a scenic group ride along the coast. From first-timers to seasoned pros, everyone was welcome — the only requirement was a love for adventure and a passion for freedom.
The run kicked off with a guided ride, carving through the waves in formation, showcasing the unmistakable power and style of Sea-Doo. Along the way, the group paused for epic photo ops, mid-water celebrations, and high-speed sprints — soaking up the sun and the shared excitement.
Back on land, the celebration continued at Bayview Boating’s waterfront location. A classic Freedom Braai was served up, complete with boerie rolls, refreshments, good vibes, and great company. Spot prizes and giveaways — from branded Sea-Doo gear to must-have accessories — kept the energy high and smiles wide.
"Freedom means different things to everyone," said one rider, "but out here on the water, with the wind in your face and friends all around you, it just feels right."
This Freedom Day wasn’t just a public holiday — it was a celebration of what it means to live boldly, ride free, and embrace the best of South Africa. And Bayview Boating made sure it was done in true Sea-Doo style.
