This past weekend, Bayview Boating went beyond the thrill of the ride and into the heart of responsible ownership, hosting an exclusive Sea-Doo Jetski Masterclass for customers who ride in the ocean.
The event brought together new and experienced riders for a hands-on session that focused on one of the most overlooked — yet vital — aspects of jetski ownership: proper post-ride maintenance.
Led by Bayview’s expert technicians, the class covered the full flushing process step-by-step, giving riders the knowledge and confidence to protect their skis from saltwater corrosion and keep their machines performing at their best. From freshwater rinsing to engine flushing, checking anodes, and general after-ride care — nothing was left out.
Customers were encouraged to bring their own skis, roll up their sleeves, and learn by doing. Questions were welcomed, tips were shared, and a few myths were busted too — especially around what not to do when maintaining your Sea-Doo after a saltwater session.
“It’s not just about selling skis,” said one Bayview team member. “It’s about educating our riders so they get the most out of their machines for years to come.”
After the demo, guests enjoyed coffee and snacks while chatting with the team and other riders — building a community that’s as strong off the water as it is on it.
